Gallery registration email was not sent

Please check your email history to see if the email was sent correctly. This is where you can see all the emails that have been sent to your customers using an email workflow.
If the email is listed in the email history, please check the following points with your end customer:

  • Spam filter: Emails can be blocked or marked as spam by filters on the sender’s or recipient’s mail servers. It should be checked whether the e-mail has ended up in the spam filter.
  • Undeliverable emails: Emails may be returned if the recipient’s address is incorrect, their mailbox is full or their mail server is not accepting messages. Check whether the email address is correct.

If the email appears in the history and you’ve checked the above points, but the email has not been received, please contact customer support.
