Adding Projects to Photo Jobs

In addition to single image products, it is possible to add a project you have already designed to a Photo Job. This allows you to add pre-designed products such as Photo Books and Photo Folders to different galleries or entire groups according to your needs.

Configuring the Project

To add a project to a Photo Job, Group or Gallery, you need to enable sharing and set a price for it. This can be done before or after adding the project to the Photo Job. For more information, read the Sell your project and Share a project articles.

Adding a Project to a Photo Job

The right column of a Photo Job contains information and functions related to the Photo Job. Below the Functions label is a Attach project button. Clicking this will display a menu of all your previously created projects. Select the project you wish to add and it will be available in all the individual galleries across all the groups within the Photo Job.

Adding a Project to a Group

When accessing a group within a Photo Job, detailed information and settings are displayed in the right column. The Attach project button is displayed within the Settings label. Click to display all available projects and select the one to add to the group. Once selected it will be available to all galleries within the group.

Adding a Project to a Gallery

When accessing an individual gallery within a group, detailed information and functions will be displayed in the right column. Within the Functions label the Attach project button will be available. Click this to display all available projects and select the one to be added to this individual gallery. Once selected, it will be accessible from that individual gallery.

Removing a Project from a Photo Job

Whether a project has been added to a Photo Job, Group or Gallery, it can be removed from it. Click on the three dot button displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of the added project and select the Remove project from gallery button. Note that this will remove the project from the added Photo Job / Group / or Individual Gallery, but will not delete it. It will still be accessible from the Projects menu.
