General menu

The General menu is displayed by default when you open a QR Gallery and can be accessed at any time by clicking the General button in the right-hand menu. When you set up a new QR Gallery, the main interface provides step-by-step instructions, as well as convenient links for quick QR code downloads and image uploads. Once your images are uploaded, the galleries and photos you have created will be displayed here for easy management.

On the right-hand side, you will see the Edit gallery column, which contains all the gallery related information, as well as the settings and function buttons. All settings must be checked before publishing.

Gallery settings

Here you can change the options set when the QR Gallery was created. You can also display the Main Image and Image Title, enable Watermarks, Comments and Feedback Buttons, and select the display mode. Be sure to click Save after making any changes.

Sales settings

By default, QR Galleries has the price list in the Price lists menu set as the default. However, you can select a different price list here. You can also enable Promotions, Filter products by image aspect ratio, Allow cropping edits, and Replace image before ordering. When finished, click Save to apply your changes.

Share settings

By default, the QR Gallery is set to Require registration, which allows you to track gallery access. You can disable this feature if you wish. In addition, First user assigns the password is enabled by default, allowing customers to create their own password for the gallery. This can also be disabled here. Remember to click Save after making any changes.

Functions

Click the Delete button to remove the gallery and all images uploaded to it.
