Adding Images

There are several options and sources available for adding images to your gallery, whether it’s a standard gallery, QR gallery, or Photo Job. To access the menu for adding images, open the corresponding gallery and click the + Add blue button in the top left corner. Then, select Add images to view the available sources.

Alternatively, if your gallery is empty, you may find an Add images button directly within the gallery. Clicking this will open a menu to add images.

My device

Regardless of the device you are using, you can upload images directly from it. Selecting the My device option will open the folder navigation menu. Navigate to the folder where your photos are stored, select the desired photos, and click on Open. The selected photos will be added to the gallery.

Additionally, you can drag images directly from your local folder into the gallery. Simply select the photos from your local folder, hold and drag them into the photo portal gallery until you see a blue frame, and then drop the selection.

Dropbox

To upload photos from a Dropbox account, you first need to grant access to the files. Once access is granted, photos stored in your Dropbox account will be available for selection. Click on the photos you wish to select. Additional options at the bottom allow you to import images, deselect, or select all. The number of selected images will also be displayed.

Once you have made your selection, click the Insert images button in the bottom right corner to add the chosen images to your gallery.

Saal Cloud

Selecting this option allows you to add photos from a different gallery within Saal Cloud. Once selected, galleries created in your Saal Cloud will be available at the top for you to choose from. After selecting a gallery, photos stored in that gallery will be available for selection. Click theInsert images button to add the selected photos.

Google Drive

To add photos from Google Drive, you must first grant access to your Google account. Once access is granted, you can select the desired photos from your Google Drive account. Click the Insert images button to add the selected images to your gallery.

Google Photos

Similarly, for Google Photos, you need to allow access to your Google account. After granting access, you can navigate through your Google Photos and select the desired images. Once selected, the photos will be added to your gallery.
